This large set of porcelain plates and mugs was commissioned by a battle re-enactment society to celebrate the Volunteers raised by Alan Breck Stuart for Prince Charles Edward Stuart at the battle of Prestonpans in 1745.

The Bantry
Service
This was a commission to replenish and augment a nineteenth centry porcelain dinner service made for the Earls of Bantry. The original service has the crest on the inside of the cups, which we have reproduced.
